Hi Rob

Try this.

Custom made crank down Ice House.  Add Ice holes where you would like them to fit your needs.

That may sell better on an Outdoor site.   Does look nice.

You have 3 issues to sell as an icehouse which will be your best bet.  At the price you are asking it does not have. 1) bunks. 2) fish holes. 3) no vented gas heater.

Just giving you some thoughts as you move forward.  As far as selling it as a warming skate house. You may try and contact some cities with ice rinks?  Good Luck.

you would think there would be a school or organization that would buy that as a warming house, hockey families dont seem to mind to throw money around
