Lookin at coming up with my dad this weekend. Is Lake of the Woods affected by cold fronts as much as smaller lakes? Also, is there any auto traffic going on and what areas? Any info would be appreciated.

Cold fronts dont bother the bite too much<BR>on Lake of the Woods. There doesnt seem<BR>to be a good reason why the fish either<BR>bite or dont bite sometimes.<P>But, the bite is on now off of Pine Island.<BR>Fishing is very good right now.<P>Word is they might start letting trucks<BR>out soon. (not my truck). Smart anglers<BR>will find another way out for a while yet.<P><BR>It will be and excellent weekend to fish.<P>Go get em<P>Curt Quesnell
