walleye and saugers are starting to make there anuale trip back into the river.a few guys have been working up by the dam.they say they are getting there limits but they ara having to work at it.the fish are really scattered from 5fow. to 18fow.brite colored hair jigs tipped with a minnow seems to be best.as the water cools the fishing will get much better.if you have any questions call or stop by the store. good luck IKE

A week ago the mayfly hatch so massive ther surface of the river looked like a gaint weed bed. Some guys I know got blanked out other than 2 sheepheads.
