I am looking for some family fun white bass action around MN River. Anyone willing to give some spots?

I highly doubt will happen, but its worth a shot. Don't worry, I won't tell an army, just me and my family.

Caught a couple today, but it was just more or less luck. They were hanging out in the slackwater next to a lot of current and the slackwater was loaded with baitfish. Got em' on crankbaits.

Not sure I'd call that luck... classic location.

The only reason I would have called it luck is because I was fishing with northern size crankbaits and if you would have asked me before hand i wouldn't have believed a white bass would hit something so big!

Looked through google earth, I guess I'll try hidden. My aunt is about to leave back to California in a day or two, so I wanted her to have some MN fun before she leaves.
