Some buddies and I did pretty good up there on walleyes this weekend. Biggest was 25", and the average was 13-15". So, nothing huge, but deffinately biting. Did the best where water was shallow then broke to about 20 ft and flattened out. Fished at 18-19 ft of water. They bit on everything, leeches, shiners, dead shiners, plastics. The best set-up being 6ft lindy, no spinner, bare hook and silver shiner, and trolling at .8-1.25 miles per hour, gps worked great. Don't be afraid to use 4 or 5 inch shiners, as the eyes were aggressive, just feed 10 feet of line out at the strike. Biggest however was on jig and leech.
