Charcoal grilled in a pan with butter and lemon pepper is a favorite of mine. Another recipe we tried once to change things up we called Catalina Walleye. In a baking dish we alternately layered onions, walleye fillets, and seasoned with salt and pepper then topped it with Catalina salad dressing and baked it in the oven (~350°) until the filets were done. Turned out pretty tasty. -

I have a 2003, 25hp, short shaft Merc, electric start. Am looking at buying a boat with a 1992, 25hp, long shaft Merc, pull start. Will it be possible to swap the shafts on these motors? As in make the electric a long shaft and the pull start a short shaft.
Hope this makes sense.
