Charcoal grilled in a pan with butter and lemon pepper is a favorite of mine. Another recipe we tried once to change things up we called Catalina Walleye. In a baking dish we alternately layered onions, walleye fillets, and seasoned with salt and pepper then topped it with Catalina salad dressing and baked it in the oven (~350°) until the filets were done. Turned out pretty tasty. -

If you feel strongly about this, as I do, I encourage you to provide written input prior to the hearing and either attend in person or virtually via WebEx. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend the hearing but I have submitted my public comments and plan to attend virtually. -

I am purchasing a Lowrance ifinder H20 color handheld. I need advice on whether I need the plus version or not. The plus version comes with a Map Creat topo CD rom, 32 mmc card, and a card reader. I have the '07 hot maps premium chip. I plan to use the unit for ice and open water fishing. Just wonder if the plus version is necessary. Thanks.
