Nice Fish House

Hey, looking for price advice. There is a very nice 8x16 fishhouse for sale. It has wheels and bunks and everything, ready to fish. Very nice interior. It has a price listed on it but I'm not sure how much a house like this is worth. Any advice would be appreciated.

My brother-in-law and I build fish houses for fun in the summer. can you post a pic? I could give you a better idea --

I would need to know insulation, type of frame, trailer, wheel crank system, windows doors, etch to give out advice.

Post more info -- Best guess not seeing -- $3,000 -- $5,000. Must be an awesome house for that.

Still, just a guess.
