too bad they don't allow crow hunting in downtown Rochester. I have also thought of setting up a deer stand in my yard on Vermilion.

Outside of the hunting season, the regulations have always stated that crows may be shot if they are "doing, or about to do damage". I've got to think that they are always about to do damage--somewhere.

I love the part "about to do damage" Pretty much means just shoot 'em anytime you want. I got into doing some crow hunting over the last couple years. Great fun and somewhat challenging, good way to get some practice and shoot the 12 at something besides clays until Sept. rolls around.
