IDA and ice conditions

did the deep freeze totally shut down the bite on area lakes? Specifically Ida. Has anyone had any luck with eyes this month? What are the ice conditions on IDA

Went out to ida on sat night got set up by about 6:45. Hot bite from 7-9, a few between 2-4, and another run about 7am. Problem was they were all small. like 8-10 inches small. Did catch one that was 16". There was also very good ice. 16" of solid stuff. The action was fun and could watch the little guys swimming around on bottom with the camera. Ended up catching 15 and missing a bunch more. Go while the season is open and try your luck you might get lucky and get a few nice ones...if not at least there is action.
