Hey muc

It has cranks, wheels are inside the house. Not sure on the weight.I spent a couple weeks in this house this year.I had the heat as low as it would go for 2 weeks straight never shut it off i used 1 1/4 pumkins i had 1 window open a little bit. That was back in late Nov when it was actualy cold. The house was maybe to warm for me but then again i never used the fan.

If i had the extra cash i would buy it.Nice well kept up house.Rappinjacks a clean freak.Shoes come off at the doorway on a rug.

We pulled this house with a small chevy s10 80 miles 60mph down the highway no problem then back 80 miles going about 65-68 with the wind.If you pulled the house with a full size truck it would easily go 75 down the freeway

rappin Jack,

If you got more pics I would be interested in seeing them. I am courious about where the wheel cranks are located. Inside? Inside bunk length? and type of tonque system, size of tires, Age of house. Just some more basic information for the most part. A buddy and I are looking at going in together on a used house.

thanks,

tom

Don't take me wrong, I'm not anti-technology.  Battery powdered items will always have their place.  I'm mean you don't want your girl friend or wife in the bedroom playing for their gas powered adult toys!!  That would be a bit loud and smokey!

That’s right. My 84 year old dad loves his electric chain saw. Light weight and quiet. Besides, at his age he’s not cutting a bunch. Where as myself I want something with more power and heavier duty.  Look at how many people have switched back to gasoline cars after running one in winter if you travel a lot.   As long as my strike master works I’ll keep using gas. Maybe my next will be electric, but who knows,  you can find used gas ones pretty reasonable as others buy electric.
