Lake Waconia

I will be heading out to Lake Waconia early Saturday morning with my brother-in-law. I've never ice fished it before. However, I am familiar with it from summer fishing. Where is the best place to walk on if I am fishing for eyes, crappies, perch, etc...? If anyone wants to hook up, I will be in a Frabill XLT. Thanks for any help.

You can access the lake from either the town marina or the public access. Both are on the south side of the lake(town side). Be careful if you go out through the public side because I heard that a permenant fish house fell through. Have not seen it but read about it. Good Luck.
