Lake Crystal or Loon Lake

Just wondering if anyone has been out on either of these lakes yet? and if anyone is cating anything and ice conditions?

I tried Loon last night. There was 3-5" of ice where I checked. I fished from 4pm until 8pm without a bite. I talked with a few other guys and they had pretty much the same luck. One guy did get 1 eater and a couple dinks though. Be a little careful though, the ice does not look too good and there was about 2 inches of water on top of the ice shortly after setting up.

Thanks for the info, didn't fish it last year the year before I did pretty good on the north rock bar! Just looking for a different lake to fish!

I have also been out there, Ice did not look too promising where I was at, either. Nobody that I had talked to had caught anything(dinks or eaters). I'm just going to wait a while before messing around with anything out there.-Later!
