New to the DL area

Hey,

Im a college kid from MSUM, and im originally from southern minnesota. Anyways i was wondering on what are the better mid-late winter lakes around here. Crappie and walleye mostly, any suggestions would be helpful thanks

I am a college kid too but I'm from the area. If you are going to be around over xmas break drop me a line and we will head out somewhere. Walleyes and crappies are the only things I fish for as well, in general.

DO you go to college around here?? I didnt bring my gear up with me from home sorry. But after xmas i plan on heading out to the DL area to search for some eyes. Maybe get over to my lake as well (11th crowwing) and atleast i kind of know that lake.

I go to NDSU and I usually fish every weekend and some weekdays, depending upon homework and all the school business.
