Few small lakes became ice free yesterday. It's beautiful to see. So much waterfowl, bluebills, mallards, wood ducks, saw a blue wing teal yesterday. Goldeneye and mergansers everywhere. Awesome time of year -

Gus, and I were out walking our trail this morning, and came across this pile of doodoo. After seeing this, the only reasonable question is did he eat the can of neon green paint before/after he ate the deer? lol Did hear our first grouse drumming as well. Jim
