Watch the video of the Canadian scientist about falling into ice, it's amazing.

Many of us will venture out this weekend, let's use common sense and BE VERY CAREFUL, few more days waiting and these crappies will be still there, no need to risk your life for them, think about your loved ones.

Valv is right.I checked a lake today and when a ways out found 2 inches which I dont care to walk on.When I left for the Ice show this noon,I went by the lake and a guy had walked right by where I stopped and went back.Those eyes will be ther next week when I go back and I will still be dry.Just not worth the big risk for a few fish or to say you were the first one out.
