TSCTSC Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Is it one rod? What about on the Mississippi? Can I use two rods? What about trolling? I see some guys with multiple rods in the water. Thanks
0 End of the Line Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Get the book out. It depends where you are and what season. You can generally use 2 ice fishing anywhere and trolling on Lake Superior, otherwise its one. But there are several areas of rules on this in the MN Fishing regs or you can get it online.
0 DEADhead Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 you can use two lines on the border waters for ND and SD. Only one line is allowed on designated trout waters, summer and winter.
0 ChuckN Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 You'll have to read the DNR fishing regulations. I don't know if you are referring to open water, ice fishing, rivers, it depends. Trolling makes no difference in MN, only so many lines can be in the water on different bodies of water.
