I see that the muzzloader and 3B overlap, and I know that the all season deer is not valid for 3B, but is for muzzloader statewide. Does that mean for the 26th and 27th, all season deer is valid in 3B if using blackpowder, or would I have to wait until the 28th after 3B is closed???

Ya got me on that one. I'ld say give the DNR a direct call.

I'm pretty sure you can, I just thought about it last week as well. You would just have to follow muzzleloading rules which would include no scope, but I would call the DNR just to be certain.
