With all the deer hunting still going on, and ice-fishing season ramping up, be thinking about spring to avoid missing the Dec. 2nd. deadline!!! Looking at permit areas/seasons/times right now is the key to getting a tag with our lottery system.

Thanks Joel for posting this. I was just thinking to myself that I better take a look to see if this was posted on FM.

Looking forward to applying again this year though I'm not so certain I'll get picked this year. It took 2 years to finally get drawn for zone 343 (Olmstead County) and then I got one last year. My preference points will go to 0 now.

I'm optimistic though
