opening deer season

How did every one do today? lets hear how you did, the area i was in had a hunter around every tree so needless to say i didnt see a deer this morning, left and hunted a small private piece and by 10:30 i shot a doe, at least i will have meat for the freezer. 8 days left alot of time left so good luck to everyone.

i was at school and couldn't get away but my brother Josh shot a ral nice 10 pointer just north of Potatoe lake. My old man also shot at a 10, they said they saw lots of 8 pointers but no shooter 8's. Hope all had a safe and enjoyable opener. Jonah
