Any suggestions on some good/fun bass lakes in the area? The guys have chosen the Park Rapids area to host my bachelor party this coming weekend (July 29-31).

FishHook Is a excellant lake.

It was picked this month by Minnesota Sportsman magazine as one of the best multi species lakes in the state.

I enjoyed fishing there and sure miss it.

One of the better bass fishin lakes in the area is Skunk.....Access is thru a small resort, $5.00 charge, but, well worth it.......Low fishing pressure and beautiful surroundings..........My top choice for quality bass,and scenic views........CPR please....you will likely be the only boat on the lake.
