what is the outlook for good ice ski or flee reliable reports only. Anyone talk to babler yet by gull rock??????????

I think Richard took his phone off the hook he must be sick feilding calls on the ice conditions. If I swing by the shack this weekend I will take a look towards the Big Rock. There has not been any reports on the ice thickness or fishing around Long point, Morris, or 4-mile. Come on you guys up there share some info with us southern folk.

The first good ice is in the bays. Then the lake side of

Zipple Bay, then over Pine Island. It will be a while

before much is goin on over at Rocky and the Reefs.

Sooooooo, for you folks out of the area, follow those

reports and once that is going pretty strong you will

begin to see reports from the west side.

It's supposed to get ccccold next week. That will help

things along.

I know you are all anxious to get fishing and it looks like

the weekend of the 11th and 12th might be a pretty good one

at least on the east side of the lake.

One or two good windy days will screw everything up, so

we need to hope that doesnt happen
