Finally, the bite is ON!

Braved the cold and made it out Saturday from 11:00am to 5:00pm. We trolled southern reefs in about 11-15 ft. and caught about 25 fish. 3 were over 28" with one being 31.5", man was that a PIG. After a very SLOW start to the fall bite, I am glad it is picking up. Hopefully I can make it out a few more times before deer hunting.

What were you fishing with? I'm assuming shad raps?

Nite fished on Sunday and Monday did well in 4 to 6 ft with original floaters, the snow was worth braving with 4 fish over 28" and My largest ever at 29 3/4". Thanks to bigeyes for taking me along.
