In January and early February we had some folks tell us they were doing good on Cut Foot Sioux, Kitchi and Pimusche...haven't heard anything recent frown.gif (Outdoor News did Pimusche Lake as the Lake of the week in the March 1 issue and talked about the bluegills)

Most everyone, including us!, is heading up to Upper Red, and of course we are hitting Blackduck for the nice perch (9" to 12"+) which the daytime bite has picked back up again.

Upper Red has been producing well for us and the people we are talking to here. The Mr. Drake managed to get a limit of nice crappie Friday night, yummmmmmm, and is giving it a try again today. Saw many fish come through here Friday night..Saturday with the weather it was shut down, and yesterday the bite was very good. Many groups going out, not quite getting their limit, but very happy with the crappie which were ranging from 12 to 13 1/2" Friday was also a day where people were getting some very nice northerns (just got a picture from one guy of a 42" he latched onto..he caught, pictured and released.

Good luck to you and your dad this weekend...post on here how you did smile.gif
