Boat Ramps Open by April 2?

First-timer planning on giving the Rainy a try April 2-April 5. Does anyone have a guess as to whether the boat ramps and the river will be open by April 2 in the Baudette area of the river? The forecast looks like teens at night and mid-thirties daytime for part of the week ahead. Or, should we be looking at the following week (April 9-12)?
Any opinions would be appreciated.

Our group of guy's are schedueled to attack the rainy on April 5-8. It doesn't look to promising, we usually launch at the vidas access. Let's hope for some warm weather quick or we may have to schedule for the last week of the season. I have a feeling everything will happen those last few days.

It doesn't look to promising for the first week in April. I would agree with you both on the last week of the season. Unfortunatly,
this would be one of the latest if not thee
latest ice-out year I have ever witnessed.
We need warm weather and fast.
