Anyone been out tullibee fishing yet, or has anyone seen anybody out fishing them yet. ( I say this because I think a lot of the diehard tullibee fisherman are older than the average fisherman and they aren't the usual computer users.)

I have been seeing some tullibees on Ottertail recently. I was on a deep gravel flat about 32 feet deep and saw numerous fish on my vex about 15 to 25 feet off the bottom. Some of the higher ones were quite visible. They would take a half hearted swipe at my walleye jigs. Caught a few and released them all.

I usually fish them in March. Clitherall is one of my favorite lakes.
