Are there any seasonal campgrounds on Big V. I am going to buy a trailer, 30 footer, and would love to put it on Vermilion. This is such a beautiful lake. Any info would be appreciated.

There are a few different places on the Big V to put your trailer, here are a few that I can recommend.

McKinley Park campground. (East end)
HooDoo point campground. (East end)
Moccasin point campground. (East end)
Fortune Bay Resort Casino. (East end)

The only truly 'seasonal' sites I know are at Moosebirds on the west end, but they have a long waiting list.

Some resort owners seem to have have a few 'ad hoc' spots if you ask at the right time. I notice a few campers at Life O' Riley that seem parked for the season. We have a 34-footer tucked away in a corner of a resort on the west end, but I don't think the owners are planning any more.
