Took the fiance out this afternoon to look at the river and show her what had been done at the South dam.
Well we went to the south boat landing by the bridge on what I think is 60th ave anyway she noticed something in the water by the boat landing. It was a entire deer carcass sans the head it was skinned but all of the meat was left the hams and forelegs were intact all the meat was there.
It was to far out to grab and I was to unsure of the ice to grab it is there somebody to call so kids or somebody that could raise a little stink won't see it.
Was just a sad sight to see looks like the river just needs a little push to open up and fishing to begin.

Your best bet is to call the ND local DNR office and make a report.. Pending on the situation they might send some one down to check it out and perhaps remove it?

That does not always work but it is worth a try.
