Red report

I fished the Red in South Fargo last night. Not too much to report. I caught a handful of goldeyes, but nothing else. Marked about a dozen fish and got a few to hit.

I didn't get to take it with. It's at Rod's place and I'll probably pick it up tomorrow. It's going to be Janna's Valentine's Day present. She's been bugging me for one for a while. This way, I can use it when she's not.

Went out last night and fished one of the tribs near Fargo. I achieved the big goose egg last night. Me and a buddy hit two spots. First spot- marked about four fish in 1.5 hours and my buddy missed one bite. Second spot- marked fish the entire time I was out, but couldn't get any takers. Solid fish on the flasher, but nothing was interested. A few followed me around- up and down- but not interested enough to bite. Too cold to do much changing of tackle to try get them to bite. Need warmer weather.

Well Scoot you have ice fished more the last two days then I have the last two years. Had to beleive that form three winters ago. We didn't miss a weekend all winter. Its was either Lake of the Woods, Jamestown, Red Lake, or Devils lake what a fun winter that was. Very hard to do with son in Hockey, oh well hes only yound once at least I'm going to let him have fun if thats what he want to do. Keep a tight line and send a guy some pictures since I have forgot how to ice fish.
