THIS IS MY FIRST YEAR FISHINGFOR CATS AND I HAVE GOT NOTHING AS OF LATELY. SO HOW LATE INTO ThE SEASON DO CATS BITE OR WHAT CAN I DO TO CATCH EM IN THE COLD??

Gets real tough fishing as temps drop this low. Deeper wintering holes may be good as any mud flats near them as the mid day suns rays warm the mud. But mostly they will feed at night and not as much as they did in warmer water days of summer.

It is a slow bite at best unless the weather heats up a lot.

Try smaller baits and use fresh cut suckers, that may help too.
