Lower Red Start to Normalize

Water on the lower Red has subsided to the point where cats are starting to congregate in those places where we expect to find them. Changing fresh cut baits often (due to the washing action of heavy current) and heavier rigs are required, but action is definitely on the rise. The bite seems to be better in AM and later PM but there are those days when its goes all day. How you folks doing down south?
