US section of Red doing well!

Canada is not the only section of the Red River that produces big SUMO Piggy walleye!
The Red is going strong for 30-32" trohpy walleye in most sections!

Cranks at night or jig's near deeper holes on bends have produced very well.

Dam's with larger backwaters are top choices for casting Husky's or Bombers across pools and quartering into shore.

Top colors for cranks seem to be blue/white paterns or silver/blue.

Verticle jigging the head of deep pools will produce well if they are holed up, try 3/8 wistlers with silver blade's & a big fat fat head minnow.

I have been doing my best on Husky's day and night. Most big fish were in 4' or less of water!

Good hunting, do the C/R thing on them piggy's, OK?
