So Curt,

What's the final story on LOW. Is there any change as of March 1st on the 14 limit????? Or does it change as of Walleye opener. I was confused.

The 8 fish limit begins with the opener.

Back to 14 on Dec 1.

So the limit remains 14 until opener. Thengoes to 8 through the summer/fall.

Then back to 14 for next winter?
