is suckers running now or not and where is it i know one spot used to be good after they replace bridge and suckers never goign there again it is spirit lake bridge

Some cricks off the river maybe good,and i know they always get them by the corner club near hill city. But spearing ,even suckers, dosent open till the first of may..

The creek inlet on the south side of long lake has a good run of fish. As kids we spent alot of time down there. The creek between gun and french should hold fish. Dam brook out of the north side of dam lake. There are a few bridges on the rice river that hold fish under them. There are just to many places to mention.
Pick up a county map and start checking where ever a road come close to a creek or stream. You wont hit many spots before you find fish.
