Has anyone been out lately or is everyone in hunting mode? Wondering what the recent cold weather has done to fishing? I am heading up friday any input would be greatly appreciated.

I just purchased a home on Lake Emma (connected to Upper & Lower Bottle) so I hope to have my finger on the action on those lakes next year.

Jim Sorry I missed your post. I did very well on big sand. 2 days 43 eye's 2 over 28" c&r and 12 sloters,8 smallies. I did fish a few other smaller lakes and did ok but not as well. You are on a good lake. Have you fished it before? Who's place did you buy on emma? How long have you been fishing the area? There are a lot of spots to go in that area. What area are you from?
