Fishing Tournament

There will be a fishing tournament on Trout Lake on December 27 in front of the fire hall in Coleraine. The tournament will be held from noon to 3 p.m. There is no entry fee and prizes will be awarded to first, second, and third largest fish. There will be a raffle of $2 with over 150 prizes including a digital camera, fossil watch, jacket, fishing poles, and various gift certificates. Bring your kids also, there will be sliding and skating for them if they aren't up for fishin. There will also be sloppy joes, chips, and hot cocoa provided. The prizes, raffle, and food will all be in the fire hall after the tournament.
The tournament is being put on to raise money for a softball complex in memory of Jenny Guyer. Jenny was killed earlier this year in a car accident. She was in her second year of college and loved to play fastpitch. She was the kind of girl that you couldn't meet without her somehow making you smile. This is for a really good cause. Hope to see you all there.

I'm sure both are allowed. This isn't a real strict tournament like others I've fished. It's just some people from the Greenway area working really hard to make money for this memorial. There is no entry fee so just come on out and fish. The money being made is from the raffles. Merry Christmas!

hey mwktrapper you didnt informn me about this tourney you afraid i will outfish you and win? count on me being there and catching a bigger fish then you. J/K I second everything you said i never met her but i know alot of her friends and she imppacted alot of people and brought out the good in all of them. I realy feel that i missed out never meeting her.
