We have a place on Pokagama (Sherry's Arm)and Sat, Sun and Monday mornings went to Poole Bay and fished in the NE corner in 12 - 18 inches of water. We used small jigs with minnows and cawlers and caught many nice sunnies and a few crappies. Had my grandson with me and he had a ball. We fished twice at night off a point on the west side of Sherry's Arm and although there was a lot of activity on the fish locator on caught one 4lb northern with a blue/silver crank bait.

HELLABASS....Where were you fishing bass on the main lake? What depth? What pesentation? I was there last week end and caught nothing but rock bass and small large mouth. I fished the rock piles behind Drumbeater and the shallow weeds in Salter bay. Lot's of fish all small. Any suggestions would be appreciated

anytime you got wind blowing on reeds is usually a good bet, also cattails are usually good early - first light. Mishawaka bay is going good right now. Remember to practice catch & release!
