1990s Minn kota trolling motor

I have a 1990s Minn kota power drive 795 MX I need to find a foot control pedal or one that can be modified to work with it does anybody know anything about them?

Welcome to the forum.

Not sure if may be your grandpa left this to you and you want to save the memories or money is tight.  But it may be best to look for a complete newer used one on C/List or Facebook Market place.  Electronics can get pretty corroded after 20+ years. Good Luck.

All I know is MinnKota doesn’t support motors forever but occasionally you can find a marine parts dealer that bought their old stock of parts and sells them on the bay of e.

 

But buyer beware, they want to sell the parts and even if you give them the EXACT info from your motor and they confirm that’s what they’re sending, it still might be wrong.

 

I won’t go that route again.  I’ll just find another complete motor.
