Been doing a bunch of reading again lately and thought a topic on  Good outdoor reads  would be appropriate with the situation at hand.  Looking for some advise members favorite outdoor books they would suggest for a good read.  Ill get it rolling three of the ones I liked were

MILLE LACS Thirty years on the Big Lake by Joe Fellegy

Poachers Caught by chapman

First Light on the Water by Al Ron Linder

A retired CO wrote a couple books about patrolling Northern Minnesota around Red Lake. Can't remember the name of the books but they were interesting.

Poachers caught and more poachers caught by Tom Chapin. Alot of them happened within 60-70 miles of our cabin.

All Hell broke Loose   William Hull    Armistice day blizzard of 1940

Bear Guardian   Peter Leschak.   I especially enjoyed the story about the guys hired to get the fire hose and stuff out of the BWCA..    And the canoe trip down the little fork river.   Maybe I'll reread this book.  been a while.
