K drill blades

Royce yes I have. I  sent mine  in came back about two weeks later nice and sharp. Have to admit after running a few lite  flites and lazer setups on the clam plates this winter I have honestly found a new love auger.  Was pretty impressed ! Hate to dump the K-drill but honestly thinking about it. Only thing stopping me was  reopening old holes but fishing with Joe this winter I witnessed him reopening old holes with breeze with his lite flight he was very impressed with its functionality.   K-Drill auger is a kick butt auger no complaints but not as efficient as the lazer for holes drilled per battery.  Maybe just keep it and add another auger to the mix   Is that your inferno CGI setup on marketplace?

Mine was about 2 1/2 weeks for the turn around.   I also switched to the clam plate with the 7" lazer drill bit on an extension.  The set up rips the ice up and I'm getting about 25% more holes per battery with a 1" larger hole.  Only downside is the additional weight and the occasional grab at the bottom of the ice and not being able to redrill holes.

Thx. Yes that’s my inferno. Too many rods. Lol. Sold one a month ago and now this one. Pending sale. I also like the idea of the lazer and might switch back. After fishing the mn made event I was impressed. That’s what I liked about the nills but got tired of all the slush. Fast and more holes on one battery. So now to figure out which one to try next. I had the clam a few years ago but hated the grab at end. So won’t go that way unless they have changed it. Maybe not had a bad one.

Royce I think that’s just how the clam/ lazer is. I’ve drilled a few hundred holes with my setup now and works slick ( very!) but does grab at the bottom I’d say 1 for every 8-10 good holes. But it’s not terrible I can drill a lot of holes per battery and quick! So it doesn’t bother me to much

Sold it three years ago. It was pretty much every hole. Just ordered lite flight.

Heard good things about that drill bit now that they fixed the wobble issue.

Probably keep the k drill. Time will tell.
