Rock piles near border

In all the years going to low never fished them,  heang up this weekend and thinking of trying there. Are they any good or should head out far like everyone else?

Haven’t tried them myself but if your going with a portable and snowmobile and it’s a bust you can pick up and move quick. I’m heading up on the 4th and was going to try jumping the rock piles. Let us know how it goes for you and best of luck!

Opsirc, how was the weekend action? Were you able to hit rock piles? How far did you venture out?

Dod not get to the rocks, when we asked them adrains said that they did not plow out that far. Ended up 14.5 miles out. Fishiing was slow, but managed to take meal home.

Encouraging to hear that you got a meals worth at least. On our way up now till Sunday so hopefully we will get some too. Thanks for the update.
