We had good fishing this holiday weekend, Saturday went out of Morris pt. about 5 ml. in 32 ft. Rained off and on had a good run from 9 am till 10:30 then slow till about 2 pm when it went wild as fast as I could pull them in. Sunday went back to same spot overcast and windy fishing started out slow. Around 11:30 wind calmed down sun came out Surprisingly fishing picked up with fast times between 1pm and 2 pm. then again at around 3:30 to 4:30. Nice fish the walleyes we kept were between 18 and 19 in  This morning went out of Long pt. with friend as a guest in his boat, went out by Garden is. where he proceeded to school me in the art of walleye fishing. He was on fire with 2 slot fish in the upper 20's and plenty of nice keepers. ( I managed 1 keeper). What a day!
