New wheel house

Got a New 6.5 x 14 foot fish house and want to head to LOTW this weekend,  what is the best place to access the lake, will any place allow 1/2 ton pick-ups out yet, new to using wheel houses have only rented houses in the past, would like all the pointers i could get

You will have to check with the resorts that control those accesses.  The ice may be thick enough for one 1/2 ton pickup but probably is not thick enough for 60 of them driving 40' apart going out and coming back in.  That is what happens out there, no one gives the guy in front of them enough room and I have seen a line of vehicles that stretch all the way across 4 mile bay and none are more than 50' apart.

Most access points are not allowing trucks out yet.  I am pretty sure by the weekend they will. It will be another cold son of a gun so be careful.. For all wondering about trucks and wheel houses.....Call the road operator!
