So my family is doing a big reunion for like a week at a resort on Moose lake (the one just NE of Cass). My uncle from Hawaii is coming, and he's a fishing nut, so I was hoping to get him on some LM bass while he's here. Does anyone have some suggestions for where to catch em on Moose or surrounding lakes?

I'd like to do some top water frogging over Lilly pads so he can see how fun it is, but I'm sure he'd be happy catching em any way we can.

Anything helps.

Thanks,

Jack

The southwest end is shallow and does have pads.  North side of the main point on the northeast side has some scattered pad and bullrush that you could frog in too, and the most northern areas of the lake have LOTS of pads.  I done my best throwing 10in power worms to deeper cabbage this time of year, lots of it around.  It's not a fish every cast lake but some very quality fish are in here.  Lots of lakes have quality bass around here but this is one of my favorites.  If you're determined to topwater i would bring some buzzbaits too.
