A group of us are headed up to Sunset Lodge this week. Haven't heard of too many reports from that area. Anyone been up there recently? Thanks.

I'm heading there on the 9th, was wondering the same. Any idea on snow conditions? We are trying to decide on sleds or wheelers.

Up at sunset as we speak. Sleds or wheelers, both will work. Snowing now, fishing was great today. Was cleaning fish tonight and it seemed like everyone that came in had their limit with good size. you won't have a problem catching fish!

Fishing at the angle has been great all winter. The crappie bite has been phenomenal and lots of 14-18" walleyes

Headed to oak island this week for the first time, any tips on the crappies? We are going for eyes but I have always wanted to chase a few slabs up there if I ever got a chance to go. Any advice or tips would be awesome. We will be in portys with sleds so we can be mobile to roam around
