LOW TV reception

I got rid of my direct tv so all I have is a pop up antenna on my fish house. What are my chances of getting tv reception around new years on Adrian's road? Hoping to watch some college football while out there. Do some areas of the lake get better reception than others?

The county UHF tower is over by Sandy Shores. You should get good reception out there.

The TV reception is actually pretty good out there and you should be able to pick up well over 10 channels. Cousin had his wheel house out there last year and I was shocked at how many channels he got and the clarity. You should be good.

When did that tower go up?? I always thought the UHF Transponder for the area was either south of Baudette or at Williams.

That tower has been there for many years. It is by Piepers potato farm

So your saying that the same channels that come from the other two towers are now being broadcast from this tower. I have a place at Wheelers Point and maybe I should change my antenna direction.. Thanks for the info...

I was out of Bugsy's the last few days and had 11 channels with rabbit ears and they were very good/ thanks a lot to Roger and Bugsy for helping us weld our wheel back on that was very much appreciated!!
