Do they clean them for you?

No wonder theres no birds in Minnesota, just kidding, I'd love to have a shoot like that just once. It's been 12 years since I took a minnesota duck, that's pathetic. Big what if, but what if the honker wouldn't have taken hold in Minnesota in the late 80's early 90's ? What would waterfowl hunting be like here in MN especially for those somewhat unwilling to travel to the western or southwestern part of the state ?

This was from earlier this week in central mn.

LOL. No. We put miles on, scout, shoot and clean them ourselves.

We have a larger group of guys, so we have to find picked cornfields ;arge enough to either hold all of us or split the group and find multiple fields to hunt.

Been a slow year for the group but here a a couple days

Shot a couple pintails in MN last sat. Dropped one more we couldn't find. The 1st flock we pretty much passed on because we mistaked them for mergansers and didn't drop any frown

plannin on it other than a broken wing he's flawless. funny you should say that about the mergansers I did the same thing saturday on threepintails realized after the suns angle was right that they where pintails (too late of course)did manage the hen pintail . nice shootin !

Nice work pier! I knew I should have made it out last weekend.

Had a good time halloween weekend huntning lake michigan. The crazy windstorm eliminated us from targeting divers until the last day or so. Shot a mixed bag including mallards, teal, woodies, buffies, bluebills, cans, mergansers, and what I believe is a richardsons(cackling) goose. A couple of pics including the my buddy and the goose(held up to a mallard to show size), and the first cans I was ever part of.
