I am ready....

...to assume the head coaching and GM responsibilities. My first move would be to try and move this team to LA and save all of us some major coin.

Freeman.. Please!!! I hope that you all know that there is ZERO excuse for the way he played last night. I could memorize the playbook of Pukegrave in under 20 mins. He is a $3 million dollar professional! You think a doctor would go on a couple month vacation and come back and blow a surgery and chalk it up to a little rust?? He is a stupid silly-me and will never even make the pro bowl. And who cares what he did 2 or 3 years ago!!! He blows plain and simple.

And for all of you offensive line complainers, the QB is supposed to help change the protection scheme and audible to different plays when they see something favorable. Ponder, Cassel, Webb, and Freeman are all too fricken stupid to figure it out. We are usually running 2 route plays that take forever to develop. No wonder the D gets on us. If the QB would ever burn them deep maybe the opposing team would take 8 out of the box. Then maybe Peterson could get going too.

When we hold onto the ball as long as we do, don't have any play selection, and ALWAYS call the obvious play, we are going to make every D we play look better and our line look worse than they actually are. The NFL is about scheme and we have ZERO!!

Time for a change, and I am ready to take over. I would actually play our rookies and get them involved. Why didn't I see Freeman deep to Patterson last night?? One maroon throwing to another maroon. Surely they are smart enough to execute that play aren't they??? crazy

plus his continual glossing over of facts and stating them to make his arguments right... 2-3 years ago for Freeman? What about 4000 yards and 25 TDs last year. Bet the Vikings would take that about now.

Ol, Bucky probably sits at home on his Wii and continually proves to himself how he should be coach, GM, starting QB and cheerleader... and now he even wants ownership to make decisions to be able to move the team!

GO BUCKY GO!!! Everyone is behind you .001%

Actually, to be fair I believe Cassel had more yards and more TD's over that 3 year period than Freeman did so it isn't like he has earned rock star status. And the combo of Gus F and Jackson garnered us a 10-6 record one year so in the end he really didn't do much.

My reply wasn't to compare QBs. It was towards his remark 'who cares what Freeman did 2-3 years ago' when he had a decent season last year.

Good Luck!

You dont get it labs... buck thinks we need the best qb in the history of the NFL ever or we should just forfeit every single game.

Its one game buck... wow. The guy played terrible, no doubt. But if you just write a guy off after one start (where he was clearly thrown in too early) every time what exactly would you ever accomplish. Im not saying he's the answer, but let it play out a little... my goodness. This season is a lost circus already anyway.

Everyone wrote Cassel off right away after one loss even though he has had very comparable stats to Freeman over the years.

Looks like you could use a FM hat. 😉    The future son in law prefers the lump coal.  He’ll start it in coal starter over a propane burner, then dump in it his smoker grill as needed.   Congrats on the clean break “over there”.

Should really start a What yeah Smoking thread!    Another fun place we tried when up in Duluth. OMC stands for "Oink, Moo, Cluck" They serve pork cracklins for starter to test their sauces on.

On the east side of St. Boni. It's not too far from me. A friend lives in St Boni and loves the place. I haven't tried it yet.

I have heard it's because of the drought. I know in my area ( meeker co.) the sloughs that they trap minnows in have dried up.

Excuse my ignorance, but was is driving the bait prices? Usually the shortage is due to a late ice-out from the swamps and streams. This year should have been much better.

I should probably learn to use the 6+ containers of lures I have collecting dust in my tackle box. We got on a decent crappie bite the last couple of evenings and I broke out some plastics.  I caught some crappies on them ,just need to build my confidence in using them! I did notice they didn't seem to hold on to them as long as minnows!
