Fav spinning reel under 75$

slick2526

Question

I would have to say my two favorites are the Okuma Avenger and Epixor. The price is right and they have the quality. Im pretty hard on my equipment and theese reels take ever ounce of abuse I put them through. Virtually no slack in the handle, and the drag's are some of the smoothest I have found. I would say that they easily compete with reels twice the price.

Im just looking for some opinions from others since I will be restocking all of my equipment this year.

Thanks and good fishing.

You have to like the Symetre by Shimano, pretty close to that price range and a fine reel.

I have an Okuma Inspira that is just a hair over the $75 range but is one great reel. 11 ball bearings and very, very smooth retrieve and instant anti-reverse. Definetly my favorite reel.

Shimano Sedona is a decent reel for about $45. I think they are on sale now because they are changing the spool configurations to have more line.

Gander's got Daiwa's Capricorn on sale for $85. It's regularly a $130 dollar reel.

Bought one an hour ago. They are all I use.

Good luck

Quantum Kinetic, it snaps over easier than anything I've used. Second is the new Mitchell reels. They both are around 60.00

Check them out next time you shop.

The Tica Cetus is a very nice real for light line fishing. I bought two of them last year and I love them. Last year at Joe's they were 60 bucks each. They were the top end Ticas last year.

I like the Silstar Deadbolt. Picked one up for the wife a couple years ago, and she really loves that reel.

well, this is a great thread because i have been surching for the ultimate reel for years now. first i'd like to say that ive tried most of them , abu, shimano, quantum, tika, pinnacle, and okuma. also i'll say that no matter what brand, you can grab two identical reels and they can be completely different as far as rotation and slop in the moving parts, it is a rule of mine to grab three or four of the same model to find one that fits. anyway, i consider myself to be very anal when it comes to rods and reels, so here is my opinion on my favorite reel. my favorite open water reel to date is the pinnacle deadbolt..........wow what a solid rig, no slop, great rotation, smoother than i ever dreamed, outstanding drag, and like the name states.........deadbolt hooksets.
i wasn't sure about pinnacle at first - but they have got a great reel. as far as my favorite cold water reel it is defanatly the tica cetus, what a great reel. alot of brands make a good downsized version of there spinning reels but most fall short at some point. the cetus is everything a frozen water fisherman could ask for, smooth, good balance, good rotation, good feel, the best part..........great drag, and overall much better quality than most ultralight reels around.

I'll second that the tica's are the best reel for ice and pan fishing. I have two now, one with 5 bearings and one with 6. They are both great but if I was to buy another tica I could get the cetus with 5 bearings. It's about 10 bucks cheaper and has a phenominal drag. I hace landed some pike in the 6 to 10lb range this year on 3 lb test line. Tica all the way for ice. smile.gif

Quantum Kinetic ($70) This reel in size 10 works great for ice fishing and then can be switched over to a light or ultra-light rod for soft water( again someone remind me what soft water looks like) The Kinetic and Catalyst both have ceramic drags and no bail springs to break.

I'm also for the Tica's. started out with the 10BB libra and was more than impressed with the quality the smoothness. Since then i have upgraded to their top of the line tica taurus. I have the 4000 and the 1000 both with 14 ball bearings, one roller bearing and two bearings in the handle for a total of 17 BALL BEARINGS.they are comparable to the shimano stella in everyway at about half the price.

I've been using Pfleuger reels now for 3 years and really like them. 7 ball bearings and the anti-reverse is solid. A very good reel and priced right.

Lunker,
Just saw a great deal on a reel.

Reeds sporting goods in Walker, MN is closing out size 1500 and 2000 Daiwa Capricorns for $45.99 as they bring the new model in. These are very solid reels that normally command $115.00 or more. The reason for the closeout is an update in model that changes very little in the reel.

Went up Tuesday. After scouting for duck hunting locations I fished for ~ 3 hours. Tried a hump off Crow point that had some fish found with LiveScope but no takers on jig and fathead. Trolled the shore south of Linwood Pt with a Salmo hornet, no takers. Trolled a spinner and minnow outside the weeds off the big point. Had a strike and 2 north (25" and 28") in 20 minutes. It was a fun day to be out on that lake, very calm. The pic is Cody watching a loon near the boat. I thought he was going to jump out a few times. A lot of young of the year loons on the lake.

Those who are in the real estate style business are constantly on the move and without software it is difficult for them to manage this business. My relative is engaged in mediation between the tenant and the supplier, and he cannot imagine effective work without the necessary program, he has such a program on his phone, he ordered it on some server, but now it does not work correctly, he needs a new one. I looked at the site that you advise, I will give the link to this company to him, let him look...

I think property management is more about communication than real estate as it requires regular interaction with property owners, tenants and staff. To create a base of loyal customers and ensure future growth in a competitive market, I recommend ordering the development of a mobile application fromhttps://djangostars.com/industries/proptech-real-estate/. Because managing a large real estate company that has been on the market for over 20 years can be a headache if you don't have the right software to manage it.

Buying and selling, renting residential areas include many long-term labor-intensive processes. It is easy to optimize, speed up these operations - it is enough to order the creation of a mobile application for real estate.

This is the right decision, because such software will allow her to work less and more conveniently. Therefore, find its own developers. In your city, if it is large, you can find such a team, if not, then on the Internet

don't know what roulette is? Hi. Roulette as I think is a very cool game. Roulette has been played since the nineteenth century and every self-respecting casino, including online casinos, be sure to have it in their assortment https://aolbroadband.in/ .Games for free, which the guys provide on this site, of course, include the most popular varieties of roulette: American, European and French. The online version of roulette is no different from the well-known one from land-based casinos: it features a green table with marked numbers and betting fields, as well as a wheel with numbered cells on which the ball rotates. On this site you can learn more and even play it

In addition to to Feichao, you can also consider the DJI Mini SE. This is also an excellent piece. However, always try to read articles and thorough reviews before buying.

My grandmother is a very old person, and she has had a real estate company for 20 years now, she has dedicated her whole life to it, so she does not understand much about technology and is looking to modernize her business, she is one of the few real estate companies that They don't have their own application, so I see myself in charge of finding a good software developer for real estate and that type of business. Do you know any professional or company that is dedicated to it?
