Nice euro conversation piece. Judging by your trail pics, there will be another one to take his spot.

At my one spot in Wright County it looks like there is no shooters using it this summer. I had one survivor late last fall that was a nice looking deer. I have some other nice deer on camera West of Wright County. I can't wait to check my cameras in Perham this weekend when I'm up there. They haven't been checked since I put them out.

This is the biggest one I have on camera at the home farm: full-32019-49008-pict0217.jpg

Fortunately I had the first one patterned, a perfect 10 ptr & I shot him standing in almost that exact spot Monday night. Unfortunately I hit him low & after trailing him most of the day Tuesday, lost the trail. I believe it's a low brisket hit & he will survive. I'm sick about it because I don't want to wound anything & not kill it of course. Also because I did everything right & then blew my opportunity by not correctly executing the shot.

Nice bucks guys. No antlers on the camera yet for me.

Both my cams were dead this year and never bothered to replace them, its like hunting is 1990 all over again. grin

Lol. He's a 3.5 year old. Think he has an injury to that side, as he looked like that last year as well. You can be critical if you want, but I would say 'a shame' due to the fact that an injury caused an apparently permanent injury to the potential there. Never said he wasn't a nice deer, healthy, or tasty.

I also feel bad for whichever competitor decides to spar with him, very well may lose an eye grin

Was talking to some coworkers and I'm assuming this is a wolf but, could be a coyote. Help me out here, guys.
